DO YOU TAKE FORMAL FAMILY PHOTOS?

Yes, absolutely! I strongly believe that formal family photographs are important. After all, weddings are an excuse for the entire family to come together in a beautiful setting to celebrate your special day. I’ll be delighted to capture as many family portraits as you wish to have.

DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS ONLY?

Diversity is the mother of creativity and as a passionate photographer/videographer, I enjoy participating in a range of projects. These include weddings, commercial, food & beverage, property, product and portraits to name a few. Weddings are however, special and require skills from each category – for instance portrait photography skills would be essential in capturing styled photos of a couple whilst product skills would be crucial for perfect ring shots.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?

I ask for a deposit of £150 or 50% (whichever less) of the invoice to secure the date due upon contract signature. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before the date of your wedding. I will usually contact you a month before your date to catch up and remind you of the remaining balance.

CAN WE SHARE OUR PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

Absolutely! Your wedding photographs will come with a full personal use license. This means you are free to print, email & share your photographs with friends & family or on social media.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL YOU TAKE ON THE DAY?

It’s very difficult to give an exact number since the number of photographs taken depends on many things. These include the number of guests, hours of coverage, any planned events. On average I have found the number is around 500 for all-day photography but please know that the final number will vary depending on the day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ILL OR CANNOT MAKE IT?

That’s an excellent question. It’s very important to think about this and have a back up plan. As a well respected member of the MEX wedding photographer community, I have reciprocal arrangements with other local wedding photographers. In the event of illness (or other such emergency), I aim to substitute myself with one of my peers. Where possible, I will provide you with a few names and work so you can choose the person you like the best – but please bear in mind that in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible. So for example if there was an emergency on the way to your wedding then my priority would be to assign a photographer. Any difference in cost will be my problem – not yours. This is the worst case scenario which I hope is never required. I take my job very seriously and to date I have never had to call upon my fellow photographers but I have had to step in a couple of times for others.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR A WEDDING SHOOT?

Even though I am based in San Luis Potosi I am open to travel and cover weddings all around the Mexican Republic as well as international locations (destination weddings). However, please note that travel fees will be an added cost to the final invoice.
